Project Details:

The project began with the careful removal of the existing roof coverings, allowing our team to inspect the roof structure before installing new breathable roofing felt and treated timber battens throughout. This provides a solid foundation, improves ventilation, and ensures the roof complies with current roofing standards.

The property was then re-roofed using attractive red concrete roof tiles, giving the home a smart, traditional appearance while significantly improving protection against the elements. New lead flashings were installed around the chimney stack and roof junctions to create a watertight finish and prevent future water ingress.

As part of the refurbishment, we also fitted new white uPVC soffits and fascias, providing a clean, low-maintenance roofline that complements the property whilst protecting the roof timbers from moisture. The chimney stack was inspected and all leadwork was renewed where required to ensure long-term durability.

The completed roof has completely refreshed the appearance of the property, improving both its kerb appeal and weather resistance. Every aspect of the installation was completed to a high standard using quality materials designed for long-lasting performance.
